Tailored to fit any converting machine and plant layout, they allow operators to handle heavy dies single-handedly, ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations regarding weight limits.
- CleanFlex: A fully automatic plate washing system for flexo printing plates of all sizes. Far superior to manual cleaning, it thoroughly cleans both sides of the plate simultaneously using optimal washing pressure, rotating brushes, water, soap, and defoamer. Includes an integrated drying station so plates can be stored immediately after washing.
- Transport Trolleys: Engineered for safe and efficient transport of dies, plates, ink buckets, and printing sleeves between the storage facility and the production line. Fully customizable to transport various tooling items, reducing transit times and keeping tools organized for press operators.
- Mezzanine Elevators: The ideal solution when dies, plates, or sleeves need to be transported between different floor levels, ensuring smooth and safe material flow across multi-level facilities.
- Steel Sheet Cladding: When hygiene, safety, or aesthetic standards require it, BCM storage units can be enclosed with high-grade steel sheet panels. The standard color is light gray (RAL 7044)—ideal for dusty industrial environments—with custom color finishes available upon request.
